i did pretty good today with the 15 - i have never worn 30 in my life - that's a winter coat !!

I've only worn 15 to start with and do fine for a few hours here and there each day.

hit the sand at 8:30, lollygagged around until 3ish. got stung by a bumblebee (i won that battle ). ate at yiannis, played some euchre, now thinking about bedtime - gotta hit the sand early again tomorrow ! i don't even know where my cell phone is - buried in all this crap somewhere i reckon. i don't even miss it....
