Details about the crabcakes, please! Where from, who brought them, etc. Sorry to have missed it, sounds like it was great.

Gravel Road brought the crabcakes, smoked, pulled turkey, cornbread, almond tartlettes, lemon custard filled small eclairs, and one other thing i've forgotten. They did an amazing job, and everyone loved the food. There was also a bunch of different food brought by many. I was running sround a lot and couldn't list it all, but i do remember an excellent corn salad/relish. abe drinkin' showed up late in the evening with the world famous chocolate/peanut butter bars.

Somebody has got to have pics of this event

My good friend Jesse managed to snag my camera and got a shot of me hula hooping. Normally I wouldn't stand for such behavior, but the picture kinda makes me laugh.

I didn't take many other picture while I was there.... I was too busy dancing.

Crabcakes, smabcakes! They were good, but it was the Fried Turkey and Mashed Potatoes which were the hit. That was my first time eating Fried Turkey and it rocked!

I must say that all with the visits from the WCSO during mayhems, the deputies have always been courteous, professional, and friendly. And for some reason, will never entered the property, even when invited. I welcome their visits anytime, whether answering a compaint or not.

John R, the same could be said for you as the WCSO, regarding being respectful. Both last year and this year, when the Sheriff's Deputy asked you to keep the noise level down, you made sure it happened, and the party morphed into a different type show, which turned out to be just as fun as the rest of the day.

BTW, who was that guy playing the Dobro?
