How did that shark not cut his line? I thought only steel leaders prevented that.

I hooked into a stingray one time, totally unexpected, and swore that I had a shark on the line. That sucker pulled like we were in a tug of war, and it was a small stingray. I'm not sure what a shark on the line feels like, but I'm fine not knowing.
