Buyer in Watercolor/Seaside

I have a gentleman who is looking to purchase in the Watercolor/Seaside area. He needs at least a 4 bedroom/3 bath home. He wants to be either gulf front or within close walking distance to the beach. This guy is a cash buyer and can close ASAP for the right deal.
