Grayton Development

I've heard some rumblings of a new development / "neighborhood" being built somewhere near Garfield in Grayton. Anyone else heard this or have any information?

Yes, it's between Grayton Trails and Garfield. One of Lloyd Blue's LLC's. They are over there right now tearing down the old house. You can find development plans at the planning office at the annex if you are really interested.

I also saw something about 5 or 6 houses north of 30A.

Without going to annex do you know what is being planned?

Is that the hotel,retail,conference space and condos been rumored before?

The hotel, retail is north of 30-A.....not sure about the development near Garfield, but very curious.
