this cake, BTW, was insane!! He found it on the net, put in Spanish cake and came up with the one we made....
It had 4 different steps to go through for final assembly...a chocolate/coffee cake, a coffee butter cream layer, a chocolate mousse layer and a chocolate ganache layer.... Poor guy would have been going crazy trying to make it...plus he was using a TEASPOON as his tablespoon measure.... ....all in all it turned out well....I hope he gets plenty of extra credit!

Well, he brought a piece by yesterday and it was delish! I told him it was wonderful and great job...he thanked me for the help...it was all worth it! His was the best cake there!
