John Willis Homes Financial Health

Could anyone provide input/thoughts on the financial health of John Willis Homes(Cypress Dunes Builder) because they seem to be carrying an excessive amount of inventory across 2 states.

I am very familiar with John Willis Homes and certainly he is struggling like all builders right now, but I do not get a sense that there is any serious ill health. The Atlanta market is stumbling along at a moderate pace and he seems to be moving through his inventory pretty well up there. He has a reputation in Atl for being very conservative on lot purchases and that is certainly helping him out now. He did extremly well in the panhandle during the boom, and my feeling is that it will take a long time to eat up those gains.
