We had a contract on this home but their financing fell through. The price got reduced to $475,000 today. For those looking for a neighborhood catering to full time residents, Lakeplace is it. The lots are larger than most along 30A; the common area is expansive and most of the homes are occupied year round. Because it's gated, children are safe playing tennis or skateboarding in the street. With the exception of a large common area, the landscaping is all native so that there is very little yard maintenance.
