this reminded me of our last cruise. the head waiter guy or whatever his official title was always made a flaming dessert, and one night he got a little wild with his flaming cherries jubilee. lets just say the fire extinguisher was brought out. very scary to see in the middle of the caribbean on a boat :eek:
