 Don't know you - but so glad you are doing well. I am also a bionic wench (both hips), and am happy to welcome another one! You will be so happy you had the surgery, and will feel so much better. Can I send all my husband's cotton shirts down before Mango comes? Take care of yourself.

:welcome: ThirtyAGal! Apparently you've come out of lurkerdom!!!:clap_1: :clap_1:

:lolabove: ...yep! Mine had an old Triple XXX rootbeer bottle with a sprinkler top in it that she watered the clothes with.

:clap_1: I remember those all too well!!! I always had to iron the pillowcases and my grandfather's handkerchiefs--and they were in the frig so they wouldn't "sour"!

any relation to 30gAy??

 that should say: Goodwill!

But most of them are brand new (and worn only ONCE - lol!!!!!)

One thing is for certain, though. Next winter I buy sweaters, sweaters, and more sweaters (I never used to be able to wear them when I was a big gal - would just get too warm. But now I'm always freezing so I might as well take advantage of the situation - sweaters almost never need ironing! :clap_1:

I'm getting all the cotton shirts out of our closets in readiness for mango's arrival on Monday... mango - byoi. JK. I've got one.

I do BMOI BTW. :floor:

I don't know how she does it. The blouse I'm wearing today took me 45 minutes to iron and it still didn't look that great. From now on the blouses are going to the cleaners!

Didja put it in the freezer first?

Yes, Pea is my hero.

Just wait, someone's sure to back me up here...
:clap_1:

:clap_1: ...would love some before and after shots of Mango's ironing!
I hear ya'. I IRONED a shirt at the beach. Took me forever...I almost called Mango because I forgot the order...yoke, sleeves, etc.

Good thing there's a grayt photographer in the house. Extreme ironing shots while serving drinks and playing hillbilly music is quite difficult.

You should have the order on your fridge.

Welcome bionic wench. :welcome: Then that means you can dance and grind. :rolling: I don't know you well enough to iron your shirts. ;-)
I am not that easy.
