observation of food

I have made a new observation of food. The new Whole Wheat Chips a Hoy are delicious. Also, just because it is a new product and is offered at a 2 for 1 price, doesn't mean that I really have to buy two in order to get the deal. One other observation is that now that they have cut the number of sleeves in a package from 3 to 2, when I eat a whole sleeve of the cookies, I am now eating 50% of the entire package rather than only 33.333333% of the package. :bang: I am addicted to cookies. Thank God that I don't buy or eat them often. I just eat them in big doses. :puke:

:floor: ...I hear you. I was stuck in the house all day and made a package of those Pillsbury sugar cookies. Let's just say I cannot eat just one or two....

I love girl scout cookies and oreos. I love them, I love them. I love the white frosting covered double oreos they sell in winter only. I love to bite off the tip of the cookie and let the milk soak into the cookie underneath the frosting. Begone such thoughts! Now that I'm on SoWell in SoWal I can only eat the relatively calorie free cookie cartons but no cookies. I'm so sad. :(

I love the slice and bakes- the DOUGH!!! I can eat an entire package. Mom used to tell us that eating raw cookie dough would give us worms. We took the risk.

At the clinic we call flyforfun the "cookie monster" he can NOT stay out of them! he actually will walk past my office to the kitchen, slip them in his lab coat jacket before he passes my office again...he thinks i don't know:idontno:

i prefer salty things myself...dip, salsa and chips, cheese and crackers! i try not to bring them home 'cause i will eat them until they are gone!

I'm the same way--if I get the taste of something, that's the end of it. Gobbled and gone in two seconds flat.

Have you noticed how good manufacturers have gotten with whole wheat foods? It used to be that you'd have to have a committment to "healthy" to eat whole wheat anything, but now it's gone more mainstream. Ie, whole wheat tastes more like white. I actually like whole wheat but I know mainstream America (which certainly NEEDS to incorporate more of it in the diet  ) has always balked about eating anything that's even remotely good for you. Now they can even eat it in their cookies.

I love oreos (as my sweet indulgence) and Salt & Vinegar chips (as my guilty salty pleasure) I stay AWAY from them both as much as possible!!!!!

Too bad they don't make whole wheat Thin Mints. I am a sucker for Girl Scout Cookies. We have a Girl Scout living right across the street.   She took my order the other day. If I were actually participating in SoWell on SoWal you guys would :whack: :banging: So I just lurk instead. :funn:
