The system was abused.

I was having a chat with a very nice lady today in one of my classes, we always talk about pressing issues and the cases we read. Well anyways, she is sort of a non-traditional law student, I would say about 40ish. I printed out some things pertitent to a case paper we have to write by next week and told her I would give them to her in the study lounge this afternoon, so I did. I found her in her private study room on one wing of the building. At first she is all nice--"oh thank you so much, this is so helpful" yatta yah. So, I hand over the information and then I proceed to ask a question pertaining to tonight's reading, which I knew she would have the answer for and WHAM! 0 to bi**h in 1/60th of a second. "I have a lot to do here...I really do not have time to talk to you now." She got what she needed out of me and that was that, over and done with. Screw my needs and forget any kind act in return.

Maybe I am just overly sensitive, but this really hurt me to think that I go out of my way for anyone all of the time and it always ends up blowing up in my face. There are so many strange people out there, and I seem to come across them all.
more per capita in law school than anywhere else...law school...training wheels for politicians.

Not sure about the training ground part, but females have taken over the law schools.

Poor Mr. K has female attornies crying in his office, often. :(

:nono1: ...be nice.

Just maybe you need to take this as a lesson in how to think more like a lawyer??.

Ask yourself:

Do you feel your chats could have been ?sexual advances? on her part? An attempt to weasel favors from you? It would seem that an older woman in the assumed position of authority has taken advantage of you. If so this may be grounds for a harassment suit.

Or?.

If you were engaged in a quid pro qou, and she was more quid pro snot, then you have a good case for mis-representation on her part of the deal.

Either way, you have been HARMED -emotionally, and materially by her actions.

I recommend you file suit.

Had it been a forceful man and not a woman who did this to you, would you still say 0-b**ch in 1/60 of a second?

Just curious?
