If only you had known all of us back when. We would havve given him a :boxing:, quickly followed with a few :banging:, then a little :bicycle:, with a :whack:. Then thrown his sorry arse to the :shark:. While we all :chill:, while having a few:drink:!

I'm not one of those anti Valentines day people. I'm more of a romantic ....but the awful stories seem like sowal lounge fodder...Anyone??
you started this...how about you hoppy baby??:idontno:

Ok....I have mentioned second husband on another thread today, but before I found out he wanted a divorce, heck, I just thought we were going through a "thing", you know? Anyway, on Valentine's Day, I attended my grandmother's funeral in the cold rain in Oklahoma and got home to find that he filed for divorce that day!!

p.s.--now you know why I sent him the dead roses.

He is a total a$$hole. Dead flowers were too good for him.
But DD, you crack me up. :floor:

Hardly the worse ever Valentine, but pretty annoying. That was the year we moved to Indianapolis and got browbeat into going out to dinner with another couple we didn't know very well, but they assured us that we were going to one of the "best" restaurants in the city. What some people think of as best defies description. We ate at an overpriced, crowded, suburban restaurant that did magic tricks by your table. I had scallops and they were so salty I couldn't eat them, which was very disappointing. The food, the conversation, and the atmosphere were mediocre...at best.

He did also think I tried to back over him with his own pick up once. I really didn't, but I sure enjoyed letting him think it. Hey, maybe who I really needed was BR!! :D

Speaking of sucky Valentine's Day happenings...I probably shouldn't post this, but we (Walton County) actually have restraining order hearings set for this afternoon

Valentine's Day is no reason to postpone such urgent matters. Somebody's life could be saved.

On a similar note, relating love and the courts--

 Bdarg and I were married in my grandmother's rose garden, on a Tuesday. A local judge came over during recess to marry us- he was presiding over a domestic violence case.
