awww...y'all are so sweet to check on me. I told jdarg I've cheated..but only a little. One a day. I know when I put the patch on though NOT to smoke. I'm pretty cranky and pissy. Like I said, this ranks right up there with childbirth. Up until now, the only thing worse than childbirth was ridin' the bull at Gilley's!

Glad I finished off that Godiva with coffee before I started this thing. I also cannot even think of drinking for a while!!

It's okay to fall off the wagon...you will make it happen. I have been cranky and pissy with no excuse!
I made a hot toddy last night which I think made a big difference.....at least I slept well.
