I am so going back on WW after vacation. I hate the way I feel and nothing looks good on me. I was doing okay on WW until I got sick and it really messed me up. It takes a lot of time and planning to do it right.

It is. It may not be a quick fix, but it's sensible and you can still eat out and have a drink, if you choose to do so.

I think I might have helped you fall off the wagon a bit while we were in SoWal. ;-) April 1, 2007 I am back on the wagon hot and heavy. Eating right, exercising, limiting Miller Light consumption (man, that is the hardest part for me!). July is approaching fast, must get back to where I was or less. Wish me luck.
