Well, I have set up our week at the beach for the week of August 25th through September 1st. I know my hubby didn't want to discuss that right now but he is the type that you have to just set it up and say you are going to do it, and that is all the time. He cannot put in for his week this early. It doesn't get sent over for approval until about a week before. Most of the employees where he works take their vacation earlier in the summer. So the end of August is usually good for us. I feel guilty for scheduling this just a week after our pooch died but this would have been planned back in January normally. And we did choose twice last year to go somewhere where we could take him, thinking of him more than us. Hopefully we won't have to change our date as I have had to in the past and hopefully by then I will have a lot of things off of my mind and will look forward to our vacation. Anybody going to be traveling down that week ???
