BJ isn't into diamonds right now. She is heading to med school. John Lawrence (Lamar Dodd Professor of Art -- you recognize that name if you are at UGA) and I think she should be an artist, but she has so many options that it's mind-boggling.
Coincidentally, Lamar Dodd's wife, Annie Laurie, sold me a pair of shoes at Neiman's shoe salon right before I went to a checkup when I was 26 weeks pregnant with BJ. It turned out that I was in labor -- I stayed in the hospital in Atlanta for two months on medication to avoid a miscarriage. Couldn't wear those Bruno Magli's in a hospital bed.
