So what is the Seaside Structure (in the pix) called?

I think it is called an obelisk, but sometimes referred to as the pyramid. I'm most likely wrong on both points. Can I get a little help...

Officially it is "Coleman Pavilion" but most folks call it the tower or Obee, short for obelisk.
