* BIDEN makes a sarcastic joke that goes right over Palin?s head, along with about half the viewers.
* PALIN says anything comically retarded about Russia or Canada.

Let me see - we've got consensus on projecting our military into the conflict in Dar fur, a scientific assertion from a lifelong lawyer/politician about the human responsibility for global warming and a shout out to some third graders during a vice-presidential debate. I would suggest sobering up so that we can demand a little more from elected leaders.

Yeah, what the heck is up with all this war mongering on Dar fur? That really took me by surprise. I had no idea both parties were so comitted to invading another country so soon.

I was surprised and pleased to hear them talk about Dar fur. If anyone has needed help it is those poor people. I can only guess we would have helped them before Iraq if they had major amounts of oil.;-)

We need some diplomacy to round up our European allies to send over their airplanes and helicopters to enforce a no fly zone. When they refuse, we can say we tried but it's a new day and no more unilateralism from the good ole USA. We've changed!

Dar fur has bothered me for a long time. If we want to say we are a country that is against, child rape, mutilation, oppression, and death, then Dar fur is the smorgasbord of all of the above. We should not be the world police, have said that for a long time, but there is some really bad stuff going down in that country.
