Is there a reason the office manager doesn't speak with her about her conduct? You said the office manager was there, so I assume the mgr sees/hears this.

She sees some of it, but she is so busy in the office and is on the phone a lot conducting company business one way or the other and doesn't always hear everything. She didn't know what transpired yesterday but will know this morning. This complainer is not a team player and deliberately avoids doing her share of anything extra, I don't know why the office manager doesn't say anything to her.It would be her place to say something to her but I kinda think she is afraid of saying anything to her to set her off as she already is a time bomb waiting to happen. If she says anything today I am not going to be so tolerant and nice about it, I will go off on her.
I'm afraid to make matters worse for you but your office manager is not doing her job either. Too bad. You may just have to look the other way and tolerate (ignore) it the best you can.
