Is there a place to launch a boat into the gulf in South Walton without having a beach permit?

Grayton is pretty much it for being able to drive on the beach so your options for not needing a permit are pretty much nil unfortunately...

There is a tiny boat launch spot in Inlet Beach but permit still required.
