Yes, and luckily he was insured. The agent doesn't seem to be too quick on her feet about moving the claim along, though, so we're faxing her info like the car crash report and stats on my Durango. Hopefully it will persuade her to feel the love and bid high.

Make sure you are loaded with comparable data! The $$ they give you is greatly negotiable!
