Wanted college student summer rental

Hello, I am a student at UGA and my friend and I are trying to gain more information on housing for college students that have a job over the summer. If anyone could share any tips or leads that would be very helpful. Thanks!

Tip: post what size unit you need for how many people, what area, furnished or unfurnished, date of move in and date of move out, and other details that landlords or agents need to know to help you.

It would be next summer and right I have one for sure roommate but if it cuts down on costs, we would be open to more. Preferably as close to Seaside as possible but Santa Rosa or Watercolor would also be great! I don't have official dates yet but hoping to have more information after my interview! I just wanted to see what worked for people in the past.

This forum has a flood of requests close to summer so you're smart to post early. Just bump this thread about once a month and keep an eye open for replies. You can set it to email you if someone replies.
