We are finally ready to build our home in the Blue Mountain Beach area, however, when we called our bank Wachovia/Wells Fargo they told us at this time they are not doing any new construction loans
. Guess I should not have been surprised, it looks like an already challenging process has been ratcheted up a notch. It would be much appreciated if someone would point us to banks that are still in the business of construction to perm loans in the 30A area, thanks in advance.
