Thanks so much guys. George is being wonderful. He's making a little box for him right now and he's gonna help me bury him. I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have all of you!

I'm gonna try and post a photo of my sweet boy if I can find one here. He's truly a little angel now.

Audie, I was so much luckier that I didn't have to make that decision. It's a terrible one that I escaped once again. Thank heaven!

Sorry for your loss Cork. We had a similar loss ourselves. As someone put it to me. 13 (or in your case 15 years) is a long relationship. They really become a part of your life. Again, sorry for your loss

Oh Cork, I'm so sorry to hear your news. Sending hugs your way and hoping you are surrounded by friends to help you through this difficult time. It was so wonderful to see you at the soiree and I hope we can spend some more time together when I'm back in August. By the way, I never met Gizmo, but my big bro, who is also in heaven, had a dog named Gizmo, who is also in heaven, and I'm guessing that they are welcoming your fur baby into their fold with open arms. He's in good hands.
