This will gross some people out, but I've used the WaterColor/WaterSound plastic cups. They work great.

For people with allergies "the Neti" is one of the greatest things ever invented. What's bad is when you are so stopped up, no water comes out the other side. :shock:

The Neti is wonderful. All 3 of us use one (yes, we each have our own) in our house. This form of sinus healthcare has been used for thousands of years. But you are correct, it is a bad thing when you can't get the water to circulate completely through the sinus cavity!
