My Fiance and I have just moved here after being Independent Contractors for the past 5 Yrs living in hotels all over the US. His parents own a condo cleaning business that he is becoming the manager over. Right now we are living out of hotels which we are used to but we are looking for a more permanent place. We have no kids or pets so preferably a 1 or 2 bedroom and are looking for something in the $800-$1000 a month price range in the Panama City Beach area. This will technically be our first real place together other than hotels so we dont have any previous rental info. which is causing a problem going through property managers and realtors. Any leads will help.
