go DD dear! It's NOT an easy thing! Kinda goes together with the sowell theme! OOOPs.....just read the sowal thread....
Before I quit I smoked every butt I could find...now that was desperate...but once they were gone (and I might add it was gross) I had nothing else to smoke...and I knew I had sunk to the lowest level....
