I just now found this thread. Great news now that it works again!

Do you have a Sony store in a mall near you? We've had to take numerous Ipod's there to have one of their "Geniuses" (Sony trained salesclerk) work on them. They really can work miracles, for free too. They might be able to do a little clean up on it and finish drying it out.

Congrats to Sam!!! She gets to cheer more games at basketball as well. More congrats on the working Ipod. Nothing like thngs going well to make the day better.

Thanks! I think she gets to cheer for girls too...she liked that b/c many of her girlfriends are on the team. She said she didn't know as many boys on the b-ball team but I told her that this will be a good opportunity to get to know them.

Sorry OL. That stinks. My kids used to leave pens and or lip gloss in their pockets. Never cash, bummer. I tried to make them turn the pockets inside out before they put the clothes in the hamper. This was met with great resistance though. I feel your pain.
