This is my initial introduction which is fitting for this forum. I live in the Tampa Bay area. My mother and her sister own a beach house off 30-A in Seagrove. My grandfather built it 58 years ago.

I was wondering how Fay affected the area?

No effects from Fay here in Walton County, unless you count the boost in retail sales at Publix, and the lack of weeknd visitors which will probably mean more next weekend for the Holiday.
