Staying at Gulf Place while we search for a new condo. Doesn't seem that bad.

It was a little bit more than I expected. Maybe some 35-40 mph winds. And it's lasting longer than expected too. Since it is the first real storm, around here, since 2005, I believe I may be a little rusty on my hurricane skills.
