Hey- I want to hear about the new house! Is is a new-new house, or a new-old house? Does it need lots of work?

Built in 1990, all brick Georgian on Signal Mtn. Fortunately the old owners totally remodeled the kitchen with Thermador and Kraftmade. We are gonna gut and redo / totally rework the master bath. Install more hardwood, connect and open up a couple of rooms and arch some doorways, recarpet in a couple of places. Other than that the house is perfect

Wasn't fishing for "Otter's new house talk" . The work went fine. So glad we paid to have it done. If it were left up to GB and I this house would never sell . We have no skills :funn:

A step in the right direction!! I need new beach towels too--where'd you order from? Tell me again when you go..

i ordered some bath sheets for $8.88 from domestications.com - they are cheaper than actual beach towels and work just as well. i hate paying $15-20 for something that gets suntan lotion and sand all over it!

i saw a show on a&e's city confidential about some murders in chattanooga (i'm sure i spelled that wrong) at someplace called the blue hole on signal mountain - seen that program before ?

Yes and they managed to get the phrase "shotgun justict" in the first 2 minutes of the dang show :roll: .

Not too close to my house. Signal and Suck Creek (yes I typed suck creek) Mtns join together and that is where the murders were. It amazes me that people get so friggin wierd about somebody walking on their property. That idiot patrolled the boarders of his property (several acres) dailey with a shot gun. Why do people get like that.
