Scheduled for the weekend of 12-14th. Any suggestions on eating and of course drinking?! We are doing St. Vincent's Island on Saturday.

Any places not to miss...and for that matter...any that we should be sure and miss!:idontno:

Tamara's and/or Owl Cafe for dinner.
Indian Pass Raw Bar for oysters. (I'll meet you for a beer--or the Sunset Grill in Port St Joe.)
For eating/drinking on your own, the Apalach Piggly Wiggly has the best and cheapest wine/liquor/beer selection, and Seafood-2-Go the nicest seafood.
Say hello to the red wolves for me.

steeleing1 and her beloved just got back from making a trip to A'cola, you might PM her; I know they stayed in a B&B and she should be able to recommend restaurants, as I know she likes to eat.

We are staying in a house on the water in Indian Pass....I need to look at a map, I am not even sure were it all is.:idontno: As you can tell, for once, I did not plan this trip:biggrin: I am just along for the ride! Really looking forward to shelling on St. Vincent's Island or is it St. Vincent Island Refuge on St George Island?. Think we will see any red wolves?! also supposed to be bald eagles  sambar deer an elk native to Southeast Asia...the deer average 500-600 pounds!

You can do nice shelling on St Vincent's, but I gotta say the best shelling I ever did was on Cape San Blas. Indian Pass is really pretty easy to get around.
I did see a sambar deer on St Vincent's--very cool. But the red wolves lay low.
I will pm you my phone number.
