I need someone to take over the last 3 months of my lease and I'm willing to help pay some of the rent/deposit. Whoever takes over the lease will have to sign a 1-year lease upon move in. Jackson's Run off Mack Bayou Rd behind Sacred Heart Hospital. It is a 1br/1ba, 700+ sq ft cottage style duplex.
