Are any of them spray painting on signs?!! That's what someone did to that one!

May I add my little photographic request too? We need a photo of the Seagrove Village Market with that wonderful striped awning over the doorway and those big old trees all around. Before they tear it down on us.

Oh, btw Mermy...I was told that there will still be a restaurant/market in the new developement and they are going to somehow leave the beautiful windswept oaks....they are planning around them.... let's hope so!

I heard a month or so ago that Yes, it was still a go! The sign is down because of vandalism. I will call my sources and find out for sure and post.

I was just curious because the Engineering Firm designing Hotel Viridian filed a lien against the developer for non-payment of services rendered for just over $100,000. However, that is a fairly trivial amount on the scale of things and it may not mean much if they can sell a few units.
