It is in PCB on Back Beach Road. It is across the street from the Wild Heron entrance and a long hike to the beach.

It wouldn't surprise me if La Borgata turns into yet another "celebrity-branded development" flop.
Somehow I can't connect Alan Jackson with a development named for an Italian village.
(Dollywood made sense....but then again, I guess "Jacksonville" and "Aly's Beach" were already taken )
