Seriously though, I couldn't stop! I bought a package of sterling pins and they're so much easier to bend than the cheapie wires I'd previously bought that I kept bending and bending and bending. Plus jdarg and I had the Sundance jewelry catalogue and we were sneering at what they were charging $30+ for...hey I can duplicate that one better....and off I went, one-upping Robert Redford all morning long making Mermy earrings ad nauseum. The Dargs had to drag me to the beach this afternoon. Yes I'm nuts. :eek:

I think your jewelry looks as good as the Devon Leigh pieces in the Neiman's catalog that came yesterday. Clear crystal quartz and natural pearl beads on sterling. Bracelet $275, necklace $490, earrings $200.
 
We figured that we made about $500+ worth of earrings yesterday morning (based on similar earrings in Sundance). Merman was muttering under his breath that maybe now Mermaid can start bringing in some dough!:floor:

And now I have $500+ worth of earrings to organize. Not to mention that the bead bug bit me BAD - so this week it is off in search of all things necessary to make jewelry. I loved putting the diffrent beads together, then rearranging them. It is a good activity for a scribbled person like me.:blink:

I'll swap a banjo lesson, a subject of which I know no instruction, for a jewelry making lesson. I can make hemp necklaces, but that is all I have tried. :idontno:
