Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone. My intentions are to move to Sowal and become a practicing planner and lawyer.

I cannot wait for Atlanta, I am having trouble fiding a nice place though, the market for even small studio condos has gone through the roof

Our SoWal hero! Get here as fast as you can. You are needed!! :clap_1:

:clap_1: Wonderful news, BSmart, you are certainly living up to your board name. Good luck on your apartment search.
So what are you going to do this summer?

[Smiling JOe]

A double degree- hmmm- this may make you more marketable to Kimmifunn....

Kimmifunn is bi-coastal and BSmart will be bi0degreeable.

Yeh, BSmart, hurry and and finish and get down here and stop these County Commissioners from mucking up everything regarding the rules. I'll be the one at the BCC meetings tell you, "sic 'em dawg!"

I'm glad to read that you will continue to dress in red and black.
