need a realtor

I just thought I'd pop into the lounge and ask the local experts...We are coming down this Friday for spring break (staying a week) We can't wait! We are going to list our house for sale. Who should we use for a realtor? It is presently booked every week of the summer, so should be appealing for someone looking to own a good rental. We have three young boys-hubbie and I both work. It has been a bit more work than we had anticipated-having a second home to keep up with. We would like to sell if we can get a decent price. Thanks in advance!

You have a great house in a great area. If it is priced right it will sell. That's the key. Seems obvious but unless you hear that from a realtor, don't hire them. There are quite a few on this forum that will do an excellent job for you.

Where is your house? Give specifics here and maybe, you can sell it without a realtor. Good luck!
