New family looking for 3/2

Hi! We just had our first baby and currently live in SRB. We would love to stay in the area but are looking to cut back on bills to plan for our baby's future and possibly another one. We are looking for 3/2 with a garage or storage space and preferably a small yard. We would like to stay east of the hospital. We both work in San Destin and would like to stay within a 20 min commute. We do have 2 very well behaved 9 yr old outside cats that are fixed. Our lease is up in OCT but then we are going month to month. We would prefer rent to be around $1000 and a long term lease. We have excellent references. Thank you for your time.
