A judge orders Paris Hilton back to jail, CNN confirms. She was taken from court screaming, The Associated Press reports.

Poor little baby....throw her A$$ in the general population and be done with it already!!!!

I haven't heard, but I did wonder the same thing. Unless they have some very different laws in CA than they have in the rest of the country, I am assuming he could be charged with violating a court order.

Just heard on the radio - she is going back for her full sentence - not the short one and she went kicking and screaming at the judge "It's not fair."

This morning, that was the buzz, but it hasn't shown up in the re-sentencing stuff. In fact, the sheriff didn't show up to the proceedings today. Sounds like the judge, the City Attorney, and the California Attorney General are all pretty chafed with the sheriff.

I'm really embarrassed that I know all this.

I'm a little embarrassed myself that I know anything about it. I don't give much thought to any celebrity, except for the really cute ones, and Paris is not my idea of cute. The only reason I knew anything about the mess was due to it being the talk of the gym this morning. For a minute, when they turned up the volume on Fox News, I was wondering if OJ had been spotted at Paris' mansion.
