Philippa's Prom Night

She's dancing to the light fantastic now but we gave her a good send-off! And what a difference a year makes. Last year we wanted to know every single detail of where she was going afterwards, who was going with her, when she'd be back home, etc etc. This year, Fyl said the group was all going to Joe's when the prom was over and we said okay, and that was the end of it. And it didn't even dawn on me til about five minutes ago that we didn't get her plans down straight! I suppose Fyl will turn up when she turns up. (I tell ya, I'm jumping into this empty-nester syndrome a couple of months too early. )

Wow!! Nice pictures of everyone, but Fyl looks so elegant and radiant! What a beautiful young lady! Her date looks fairly harmless :clap_1: and the Mer's look like relaxed almost empty nesters! That makes for a great pic.

Philippa is in love with those heels almost as much as she is her boyfriend. Our eldest, Alex, is in the family photo. You will notice the huge shiner he has but that's a whole different story. He has his eye on one of Philippa's friends (the one with the magnificent chest) so he made sure he was available for the prom party. ;-)

Hopefully their limo driver didn't slam into a tree while pulling out of the driveway as was the case at Beach Jacket's senior prom. The limo driver said, "Why don't you just cut down the tree?" A 50' tall pine. Yeah. Right.
