Reminds me of a UF/LSU game when the Gators were on a roll. We had a wedding to go to that night, and since we were sure that the Gators would kill LSU, we decided to go to the wedding instead of watching the game. When we called Beach Jacket at home, we asked her to turn on the game so we could find out the score. When we asked her what was happening, she said, "They all fell down." Of course, because that's what happens at the end of most plays (shows how into football she was at the time). Key was the fact that we were losing. What? Impossible? We abruptly left the reception, drove home at go-to-jail speed, and watched the end of the game. Gators lost.
