Today is Lil' FFF'S (she prefers Lil' BB ) Sweet 16 birthday party! I can't believe it! We are about to go get manicures, pedi's, make-up and hair done....she is sooooooo excited. The day is absolutely gorgeous and perfrect for her party. We could not ask for more.

(Please, pray for us tonight!)

Sounds like what I did today, but I also got a deep tissue massage and I am a hurtin. I'll pray hard for you. I remember my sweet 16 par-tay. :rofl:

we got out yesterday mermy, drove down to cincy to the outback, it was a beautiful day yesterday also - i stayed in today and did laundry. mr audie is thinking about washing my car and his truck tomorrow. we ran my crv thru the car wash a couple of weeks ago - it'll be good for another 3 years...

oh yeah i do what everyone says not to:
take out extra from each check so i can be sure to get a refund....i use it as a savings account to pay my visa off each year that i have charged up ....

Love these random threads.....but wish I never heard the words tax refund. This is how I feel today!!!!

Ten minutes ago I slipped on the tile floor and landed on my knee....i think i broke my knee cap....is that possible????? It hurtz so bad. I'm icing it....where are the candles:roll:

I did have a great time in New Orleans last weekend thru Tuesday. The artist I'm standing with is Chester Scwall, He painted the cover of our cookbook (which is on the wall of our dining room) that will be out ....hmmmmmm well, when it's finished. He will also be doing a painting of the cafe and insert pages of the cookbook. He's so nice and is working hard to get over the trauma of Katrina. I can't wait to write about his story....

Geez, can't bend my leg or stand on it. Awwwwe Shiitake!

had another decent day on saturday - i love being off work !

- went to the butcher - i am a meatosaur ! picked up a few groceries
- bought new pillows for the bed,
- took a nice long nap and got laundry done.
- it was sunny in the afternoon, and warmer supposed to be sunny today too !
- the computer and satellite dish both automatically changed for dst, and i got all the clocks changed before bed.

i love the simple life....
