Real Simple Sewing Job

I need a pair of outdoor fabric panels sewn for my deck area. Have fabric--doing simple shirred panels (110 inches long 50 inches wide,2.5 inch long top pocket, hem, and 2 tie backs).

Need someone who might just do this on the side, I will transport fabric and as well as a simple design drwg.
