Hi, SoWallers,

'Tis the season and I am headed into the City by the Bay today for a day of beauty, a night of theater ("Jersey Boys"), followed by a day of shopping and oggling the holiday decorations. Will not be deterred by rain and reassuring myself with the realization that Bainbridge Island is under siege at the moment...up to 100 mph wind gusts, rain and snow....brrrrrr! Looking forward to (hopefully) sunny days, lots of lovely shellfish, reading on the decks of Conch Out overlooking a cerulean Gulf, and seeing all your smiling faces yet again. Ho, ho, ho! Won't be long now!

I think it's a play on words because Donna's newphew works there, but it's also the exact color of beautiful SoWal water--that perfect mixing of blues and greens.
