Looking for something in the Sandestin area. Prefer Aug 1 start date to March 31. Would like a 2 bedroom but could make 1 work. Looking for utilities included. Only one person, so keeps utilities lower.
My home is in west Santa Rosa Beach, about 2 miles east of Sandestin. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home. It will be available by August 20. You can see the listing here. It is $2000 per month through February and utilities are included (but capped off at $75 for water and $125 for power, anything over that is your responsibility). I know it's not exactly what you are looking for, but thought I'd throw it out there.
