So Sick of Making Dinner

I am so sick of trying to think of something to cook for dinner...I'm tired of my own cooking. I need suggestions. Help! Simple weeknight dinner ideas, please!

I have the very same problem--except my job is on the other repetitive end of things--I am tired of CLEANING UP after meals!!! I mean even putting things in the dishwasher is a hassle! Maybe I should learn to cook then.

Tonight, I made cheeseburger meatloaf. Really good, not at all dry and yucky like most meat loaves.

And chili.

(you see, we're still in the middle of our winter so... no cooking on the grill yet.)

I'm useless on this thread. The best thing I make for dinner is reservations.
I read cook books the same way I read science fiction. I get to the end and think....Well, thats just not going to happen.

It's called "Dinner A'fare" (www.dinnerafare.com) or something similar. It's one of the places where you prepare 12 meals in 2 hours and them put them in your freezer. I do it every few months. . . .it takes me a while to go through them, I don't like to eat them every night -- I still like to cook. But for the nights when you are out of energy/ideas/time . . . .they are great!

They are also great for getting you out of a rut. I would never have thought to make Chicken Marsala. But I got it at Dinner A'fare and loved it -- and now it's on my dinner radar!

Punzy - in case there aren't any close by, you can make a trip to the ATL. Motos did it and took her meals home in a cooler!
