We asked at the market yesterday and were told March 11. Menu looks good! Excited to try it.

Menu is on a poster propped up in the window at the V. Lots of seafood but also steak/chicken as well.

The V Restaurant is at the corner of 30A and 395 and opens Friday with chef David Cunningham at the helm. He was chef at Commander's Palace in Destin. See menu.

The Vue On 30A is at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club and an opening date has not been released. The chef will be Sandor Zombori.

The V was coming for awhile. The Vue just popped up. I View it as Very inVigorating, inViting, and adding Vitality to the community. :cool:
