And, Toots, that's a damn fine lookin' turkey too! Makes me hungry--plus, I've been watching food channel all day. Thanksgiving overload. That's funny that you came home and made your own one after your mom's. I used to do the same thing when I went to my ex-mother in law's. I couldn't stand not having leftovers.

We make two turkeys. One in the oven, one on the charcoal grill with mesquite. Yummy. I have to hide some of it otherwise I won't have any leftovers. I pack leftover containers for everyone, but they still sneak in the fridge for more.
